Bayesan priors and mixed logit?

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to use the following design, where I am trying to use bayesan priors with uniform distribution:

My Ngene is getting an error saying this is "Not allowed under the current license: Designs for mixed logit".
May someone kindly explain me why? When I was using point priors I did not have any problem, does that mean that bayesan priors are necessarily mixed logit models?
